This is the work of The Art of Integrity, to explore and interweave interior, relational and practical wisdom to form what matters today and for the long term.

Mary has worked at the intersection of Expressive Arts Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling and arts-based intercultural community care across the US and internationally for many years in a variety of settings. From this deep well of interdisciplinary experience, she offers supervision and trainings from a wholistic perspective grounded in liberatory practice, womanist lens, cultural humility and deep awareness of the intersectional and intercultural realities people live within.

Professional Supervision

“I was supported by Mary Putera for over three years as my professional supervisor as a creative-expressive arts therapist. Mary's commitment, competence and unconditional guidance have left a lasting impression on me. Mary is an attuned, skilled, and gracious supervisor whose presence was warm, affirming, and generous. During our group sessions, Mary fostered an environment of collaboration, openness, and mutuality to learn from each other's professional experiences and values. Mary skilfully anchored her offerings in the experiential-expressive modes of knowing, reinforcing the strengths of our unique field and inspiring me to lean into the solidity of our professional approach and values.”
